M365 Solutions Consultant

Remote / 1099 or W2

This consultant role requires a M365 Solutions Consultant who can provide subject-matter expertise and support for Microsoft 365 systems to clients in a remote capacity. This consultant will work closely with specific clients to support their business processes, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for optimizing processes and procedures. The consultant will also act as an advisor to clients, providing guidance on Microsoft 365 best practices and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements as required. Must be a US Citizen, we work on government contracts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange
  • SharePoint or Teams Development background
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation is preferred.
  • Experience with Power Platform is a plus
  • Professional experience working directly with clients and customers to provide technical support and guidance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)


What would you do at Blerdtech?

Our team designs, develops, and maintain SharePoint/Teams solutions tailored to our clients needs across various industries. We architect solutions based on the client's licensing model and also setup and troubleshoot Office 365, including Teams, Sharepoint. We also specialize in migrations, either fileserver to SharePoint Online or tenant to tenant migrations.

Our bread and butter are custom PowerApps and PowerPages projects, you must at least have some experience with Power Platform to be a great fit for what we do. As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and enhancing business processes for our clients. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, designing, developing, and maintaining tools within the Microsoft Power Platform framework.


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions.

  • Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts to meet business needs.

  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft technologies such as Teams, Power Automate, and Power BI.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint issues. (1-3 day SLA)

  • Stay updated on emerging SharePoint trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

  • Train users and build Documentation to support the current SharePoint build.

  • Working with other team members on projects when needed.

What is our Hiring Process like?
