We are looking to hire a technical product expert consultant that can help our potential clients with their product use-cases and requests. In brief, this role involves a mix of pre-sales, customer success, and technical account management. Must be a US Citizen, we work on government contracts.
Qualifications
Our team designs, develops, and maintain SharePoint/Teams solutions tailored to our clients needs across various industries. We architect solutions based on the client's licensing model and also setup and troubleshoot Office 365, including Teams, Sharepoint. We also specialize in migrations, either fileserver to SharePoint Online or tenant to tenant migrations.
The Pre-Sales Client Services Account Manager is passionate about uncovering a client’s business problems and architecting solutions leveraging various public cloud technologies, matching the appropriate technology to help solve the identified problem(s).
This role works closely with the COO and Business Development Managers from the initial engagement with a customer to the final stage of closing the project.
Work with COO to conduct technical sales calls with potential clients around Microsoft Cloud technologies
Create customer facing demos/POCs and presentations around designed solution.
Participate in monthly technical meetings with management, development team, and operations to get updates on assignments and help coordinate interdependent project tasks.
Develop accurate estimates/BOMs, SOWs and occasional RFP responses
Stay up to date with latest Microsoft cloud technologies and acquire necessary technical certifications
