We are looking to hire a Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee our brand management by implementing content strategies for our clients on social media platforms. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, working with influencers, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
Qualifications
Our team designs, develops, and maintain SharePoint/Teams solutions tailored to our clients needs across various industries. We architect solutions based on the client's licensing model and also setup and troubleshoot Office 365, including Teams, Sharepoint. We also specialize in migrations, either fileserver to SharePoint Online or tenant to tenant migrations.
Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain our client’s brand
Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
Plan & develop a social media content calendar for relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram (to include Stories), LinkedIn, TikTok and future social platforms)
